We know that the emotional and spiritual needs of all generations are best met through small group relationships. Research shows that the major needs and concerns of people today include a hunger for intimacy, family concerns and a search for meaning and purpose in life. People are in search of spiritual values and have not always found direction in traditional church settings.
Small groups are a means of developing authentic relationships where genuine care and support for one another is met. Within small groups spiritual gifts are discovered and developed and people are strengthened to engage in meaningful ministry.
